We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to make our special occasion even more memorable. A special thanks to Devi, Lili, Gunter, Dias, Maya & Maura who ensured everything was perfect during our stay. The spa was simply amazing— Cici and Vivi provided treatments that left us feeling completely relaxed and pampered. I got Cici during my three treatments and she’s what I’m gonna miss the most about this place, her massages are just out of this world ! The food from the main restaurant was delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations, especially Kwetiau seafood.

The breakfast is good. Has a big variaty of food from western to local food. This hotel is a family oriented hotel and has good of swimming pool. The room is clean. The marshmallow bbq was great.

The room is very confortable (large, good mattress/pillows, dark curtains, nice indoor bathroom and tub). Booked a standard room and ended up with partial sea view. Great facilities in the hotel (pool, spa, travel tour desk, restaurants etc). Friendly staff. The hotel is located a 5min scooter ride to the town center of Kuta, or the hotel has a free shuttle that runs a few times a day back and forth to the town.

New hotel. Fabulous modern rooms with lush white crisp bedding & towels. Comfy bed and pillows. Lots of extra touches in the room. All Staff here were excellent and so friendly and helpful. Harris looked after us so well in the gym and pool area and one of our faves was Jay? (Sorry but began with J!) Serving us so well around the pool. Quiet site good for relaxing but can’t walk anywhere which wasn’t a problem for a couple of nights, and good free transport facility into Kuta. Be sure to visit Kenza’s cafe/restaurant in Kuta! Great both day and night.
